OSDA President
It is with great pleasure that I announce the new OSDA President Donna Kay. Donna created one of the greatest new concepts in Roller Derby with her founding of One World Roller Derby. With a plan and design that covers every type of Roller Derby from Amateur to Professional, Donna’s focus is on teaching a legitimate old school style of skating. One World features a developmental training system that allows those who wish to skate on a recreational basis to remain there or move up thru the levels to either an Amateur or Professional Skater. Donna’s mission is closely aligned with that of OSDA and after many discussions, I believe that Donna is just the fresh blood that OSDA needs to return to the position that it once held in the world of Roller Derby. Donna will be working closely with me, both thru phone conversations and meetings to assure that those who are members of OSDA will get their questions answered to their satisfaction. We will be opening up new channels of communication with other groups such as MADE; thereby allowing our OSDA members more challenges if they are so inclined. I expect this to be a year for many new and exciting developments in OSDA and I hope that everyone will be as excited as I am about the direction we will be heading in. OSDA: Recreational, Amateur, Professional, Women, Men, Co-Ed; We have something for everyone.
